R+ ORTHOS MED POUCH

The R+ Orthos Med Pouch is designed to allow the operator to carry an individual, easily accessible and highly customizable first aid kit, without reducing the amount of specialist medical equipment on the chest rig.

MULTIPURPOSE ORGANIZER

The core of the project is the new proprietary MPO (Multi Purpose Organizers) system, which offers not only a significant reduction in weight, but also infinite customization possibilities, breaking the static nature of the classic concept of a medical pocket.

VARIOUS FASTENING SYSTEMS

The pocket features two different attachment methods:

• laser-cut rear attachment for attachment to PALS MOLLE system;
• YKK zipper for attachment under the chest rig or plate carrier via the R+ V2Z Abdominal Adapter .

The tubular structure of the bag, made of 4″ MIL-W-5664 elastic, remains attached to the load-bearing equipment, while the medical contents, fixed on two Multi Purpose Organizers 4x3 handle , can be pulled out with one hand from both sides. Content retention can be adjusted as desired via two lateral bungee systems, channeled into the pocket structure and secured by ITW Nexus Cordloc.

GLOVE COMPARTMENT

The R+ Orthos Med Pouch features an integrated compartment for nitrile gloves, and a dedicated space for a tourniquet with a laser-etched TQ identification marking. The laser-cut medical cross made of reflective fabric provides immediate operator identification when illuminated, improving both mission safety and personal safety.

VERSATILE

Thanks to the high degree of modularity offered by the Multi Purpose Organizers, the user can customize the contents of the pocket, the position of the objects and the method of retention of the same based on the mission profile.
