The R+ Medium Radio Velcro Insert is designed to carry various types of medium sized civilian radios such as the Motorola XTS 2500, attached to female hook and loop strap equipment such as the R+ Modular Reconnaissance Task Bag or the R+ Extension Side Wings +3.

The MIL-W-5664 or Woven type elastic band ensures a pressure that is intrinsically compliant with the contents, reliable and repeatable. The Hypalon structure, in combination with the pressure of the elastic band, ensures a secure retention of the contents inside the pocket thanks to the surface friction. The Hypalon fabric also gives the product a high degree of water repellency, which in humid or marine environments translates into greater mobility and less weight for the operator.

The R+ Medium Radio Velcro Insert features an upper retention with elastic cord and pull tab, which can be released via a snap button to lift the radio and access the keyboard and display without having to remove the antenna and connectors.

VELCRO

The Velcro® Ultra-Mate on the back, together with the Velcro Velour on the front, allows the pocket to be inserted inside the R+ Modular Reconnaissance Task Bag, inside pockets such as the R+ Zippered Utility 4x3 FZ or on the inside of the R+ Extension Side Wings +3.
