DIFFERENT GRAINS AND ANGLES
Inside the handle there are 4 rods of two different grits:
two 400 diamond blades for the bulk of the work and two 1000 ceramic blades for finishing and polishing work.
Also in the handle there are two preset sharpening angles :
A 25° one for hunting or camping knives that want a sharp but durable edge.
The other, 20°, is great for filleting knives and is great for getting a very sharp edge.
