CERAMIC SHARP STICK

An 8" (20.32 cm) ceramic wand featuring a wooden handle.
A few taps of these chopsticks after you use your knife will help keep them sharp and ready.

HOW TO USE IT?

Place the tip of the sharpener on a stable surface and firmly grasp the handle.

Adjust the knife's bevel angle to the sharpener and then slide the edge along the shaft as if you were trying to cut a thin layer of it: repeat the motion 3 - 4 times maintaining light to moderate pressure.
Repeat on the other side of the blade maintaining a constant angle for best results.

HOW I CLEAN IT

After many uses the rod may become clogged with sharpening residues, in which case use sharpening oil or Lasky eraser to remove them.
