DIFFERENT GRAINS AND ANGLES
Inside the handle there are 4 ceramic rods of two different grits:
two brown 600 for the bulk of the work and two white 1000 for finishing and polishing work.
Also in the handle there are two preset sharpening angles :
A 25° one for hunting or camping knives that want a sharp but durable edge.
The other, 20°, is great for filleting knives and is great for getting a very sharp edge.
