The fireROD v2 is one of EXOTAC's most iconic products, a compact-sized fire starter with a quickLIGHT lure in the watertight compartment built into the anodized aluminum handle.

The steel is compact, but not small! The ferrocerium rod measures 72 mm in length by 8 mm in diameter.

The fireROD v2's lanyard also contains tinder that can be used to start a fire in an emergency.
