Looking for a quick-draw flat IFAK?
UCR FLAT IFAK
Speed of deployment is the main goal of this pouch.
All you have to do is pull one of the two side handles to remove the internal insert of the pouch and immediately have all the supplies available.
The two external lanyards are also excellent for externally attaching life-saving devices such as a tourniquet.
INTERNAL INSERT
The internal spring-loaded organizers allow you to keep the contents perfectly organized but easily identifiable and removable.

WHAT TO INSERT IN THE IFAK?
First of all, training. The first thing to do if you plan to bring an IFAK with you is to train yourself on how to intervene in the event of trauma. Contact Daniele Manno of OLTRE SAR to find out the calendar of his legendary RLS.
Once you have the training you will know what to include in the IFAK, but as an example here are some items that should not be missing.
- Rescue scissors ( Xshear type, Leatherman Raptor )

- Hemostatic Bandage (Celox, Quickclot type)
- Chest Seal (Hufin type)
- Other gauzes for Z-fold gauze
- Nasopharyngeal Cannula
- Needle for pneumothorax
- Nitrile gloves
IN SHORT
- Ambidextrous right and left handed distribution with easy grip handles
- Outer sleeve with MINIMOLL rear straps and laser-cut slots for MOLLE and belt attachment
- Reversible outer sleeve for MOLLE or Velcro attachment
- Front laser cut ring laminated MOLLE panel
- Removable elastic cords for adjusting the size of the outer sleeve, TQ attachment or inner sleeve retention
- Flat and low profile design
- Removable internal insert with elastic bands
