In this lesson we will start putting the meat on the fire, specifically I will explain how I make my beer smoked sausages.

A simple recipe that represents an excellent first step into the BBQ world to start managing temperatures and charcoal.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Medium grain sausages
  • Beer
  • Rub GSP
  • Red onion

To cook them I used the " Petromax FP25 cast iron pan "
