SMOKY BITES

This Memphis-style BBQ sauce has a great balance of sweetness and acidity and a thinner consistency than other sauces like Kansas.

Made with ketchup and vinegar, it has molasses for balanced sweetness.

With a unique flavor profile that includes black pepper, garlic, onion and a touch of chili pepper, all blended into a delicate smoky note.

Perfect to accompany smoked pork such as Pulled Pork or Ribs, it is often used to accompany wet ribs that are brushed during cooking to keep the meat juicy.

The hickory wood used during smoking is another distinctive feature of Memphis BBQ, giving it a robust and smoky flavour.
