LAMA
The massive, powder-coated, corrosion-resistant 1095 steel blade features two different sharpening surfaces !
This way you will have the right tool for every use!
Chopping, cutting, scraping are no big tasks for this blade, designed as a true all-rounder for survival !
The part that joins the two sections of the blade is designed for cutting ropes, fishing lines and belts!
HANDLE
The ergonomic handle is made of Micarta.
This, in addition to giving a beautiful sensation to the touch, will make the knife more lived-in every day .
The optimal balance between thickness and length of the blade and the shape of the handle allow for fatigue-free work for hours !
This updated version features a full shank held in place by sturdy screws.
The hole for the lanyard is an additional convenient plus present
THE DESIGNER
Wenger grew up fascinated by medieval weapons and armour, until one day using some scraps his father had in his shop he tried to create his first sword.
He transformed into a Japanese samurai.
While playing, it didn't take long to understand that those swords had a short life, so the father found himself at a crossroads: either talk to his grandfather, a long-time blacksmith , or risk losing all the material in the shop.
He opted for his grandfather.
18 years later he earned his Journeyman Smith rating from the American Bladesmith Society and in 2013 founded Wenger Blades.
