HOW IS IT INSERTED?

Unscrew the front or back of the Palm Defender with the lock on and always keeping the jet facing outward.

Take out the old cartridge, put the new one in and screw it back on. On that is not difficult!

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE OLD ONE?

It is good practice to first unload the contents in an open and safe place, perhaps not against the wind, so as to throw the empty and harmless cartridge into the appropriate containers.
