Per cosa è pensato il PT-R Gym Backpack?

È lo zaino da palestra di 5.11: PT-R sta per "Physical Training Ready", ed è fatto apposta per l'allenamento. Da 30 litri, tiene tutto l'equipaggiamento per la sessione — scarpe, cambio, cintura, tappetino, integratori — ed è a basso profilo, robusto ma senza un aspetto esageratamente militare, così va bene anche in città. Misura 45,72 x 30,48 x 22,86 cm e pesa 1,4 kg.

Dove metto le scarpe da allenamento?

In una tasca dedicata e ventilata, profondissima, che ospita scarpe fino alla misura 48. È a rete di proposito: le scarpe respirano e l'umidità evapora, così eviti cattivi odori, funghi e batteri. Basta uscire dalla palestra con le scarpe legate fuori dallo zaino perché non sai dove metterle.

Come porta attrezzi ingombranti come tappetino o cintura da palestra?

In due modi geniali. Le cinghie di compressione removibili escono da una tasca dedicata e si agganciano in più posizioni per fissare esternamente un tappetino da yoga, un giubbotto zavorrato o una racchetta. E c'è una fascia apposita nel canale di ventilazione dello schienale dove passare la cintura da sollevamento pesi (o un cinturone ingombrante): la blocchi attorno allo zaino così non scivola durante il trasporto.

Va bene anche per portarlo al lavoro o all'università?

Sì, è pensato anche per questo. Ha una tasca imbottita per il laptop che si ferma un paio di centimetri prima del fondo, così se appoggi o lasci cadere lo zaino il computer non tocca terra, con cinghietta di ritenzione. Lo schienale è traspirante con canale di ventilazione, gli spallacci sono ben imbottiti e la cinghia sternale è regolabile e removibile: comodo anche per una giornata intera e per gli spostamenti in città.

Com'è fatto dentro e quanto è capiente?

Capacità 30 litri con apertura a conchiglia, così accedi a tutto in un gesto e resti organizzato. Sul coperchio ci sono due tasche (una a rete), nello scomparto principale la zona laptop imbottita e degli anelli in nylon per bloccare le cose con le cinghie interne o un cordino elastico. Fuori, due tasche laterali elastiche per le borracce, snack, integratori o il telefono, e un pannello MOLLE frontale per agganciare tasche aggiuntive.

È robusto?

Sì: è costruito in poliestere 600D con un fondo rinforzato e gommato, quindi impermeabile — lo puoi appoggiare sull'erba per un allenamento outdoor senza problemi. Il maniglione superiore è pensato per reggere strattonate e il peso extra del ritorno, quando i panni sudati fanno pesare lo zaino il doppio. È robusto di stampo tattico, ma pensato per funzionare bene tutti i giorni.
