In the "system" mode a ring supports the pot which has a hemispherical bottom that is evenly enveloped by the flames so as to heat evenly and quickly.

In this mode, the Switch can accommodate a large set of pots and pans , from large ones for cooking pasta to non-stick skillets for breakfast in the morning.

PRESSURE REGULATOR
