The MS1 QDM sling further improves one of the most versatile slings in the Magpul line by adding, from the factory, the Magpul QDM quick detach.
Replacing the typical push button swivel, the QDM offers an innovative low profile design that allows for easy one-handed manipulation.
But the system not only provides the strength and security of the QDM buckle, but, being built around the MS1 slider, implements quick adjustments to lengthen or shorten the strap, does not slip once set and avoids the use of rings, tails or other potential jamming hazards.

Allows for easy shoulder transitions and quick adjustment for hands-free rifle carry and shooting support from various positions.
The MS1 is also compatible with optional adapters based on the MS3 and MS4 straps.

During testing, the strap had to withstand thousands of wet, dry and sand cycles, a 72-hour slip-free load test and a drop test with a weight from approximately 2 metres.
In addition to lab testing, Magpul also tested it in real life, swimming with it, hiking with it, hunting with it and most importantly, shooting with it in several challenging conditions.
