A unique aroma of black cherry and bourbon!

The puree provides the natural sweetness of the black cherry but is well balanced by the ketchup and vinegar which provide a pleasant contrast without covering the main flavour, all enriched with the depth of the Whiskey.

Sweetness and acidity are expertly balanced, the brown sugar and honey create a soft and enveloping base, while the Sriracha sauce and Tellicherry black pepper add that hint of spiciness that contrasts the sweet aroma.

The perfect sauce to enhance grilled and smoked meats with Ribs, Smoked Pork and Chicken Lollipop!
