The Carolina Gold is an icon of American BBQ, and primarily in South Carolina.

It is famous for its yellow mustard base which differentiates it from other BBQ sauces such as Kansas and North Carolina vinegar-based sauces.
A complex, sweet, spicy, slightly smoky sauce with a silky texture that clings to the meat as it cooks.
Ideal for slow and indirect cooking such as smoking, it is perfect for pork, chicken and smoked sausages, but also for fresh side dishes thanks to its acidity and sweetness which balance well the rich flavours of the meat.
Sensational on Pulled Pork too!
