Have you used your Titanlight so much that you've used up the flint?

HOW DO I REPLACE IT?

Unlike the patience required to replace the wick, changing the flint is relatively easy!

1. Hold the lighter upside down, without the cap, so that the wick is facing the floor.
2. Press the ends lightly so that the firewall doesn't pop off when you remove the pin.
3. Use your fingernail or a sharp object to push out the small end of the brass pin that holds the baffle in place.
4. Once the pin is out, slowly remove the baffle from the body . You should see the spring come out with the baffle. The old flint is under the spring, in the baffle.
5. Pull the spring out of the baffle and turn the baffle upside down. The flint should fall out. If not, tap it gently on a soft surface.
6. Insert a new flint into the hole where the old flint and spring were.
7. Place the spring in the hole, in contact with the stone.
8. Reassemble the flame guard onto the lighter and, without using any tools, press the brass pin back in to hold everything together.
9. The first few strokes of the flint wheel will be harder than normal, until the flint surface is smoother.
   

BONUS TRICK

If the old stone gets stuck and wears out enough, you can place a new stone behind the worn one.
If the old one is too long the spring will get stuck when you try to put them together.
Remove the new one and try again when the old stone is more worn!
