This IFAK was developed starting from the real needs of the operational units.
This has resulted in an extremely compact pocket, with an easy and intuitive extraction system.
In combination with FORK panels it can also be mounted under the most common plate carriers as a kangaroo pocket .

- Aids at your fingertips in less than 6 seconds
- No risk of losing the aids because they are firmly secured on all sides
- No "embellishments " (medical crosses, velcro, embroidery, etc.) that could confuse the operator. The only thing highlighted in red is the pull handle.
- The external elastic cord can be used both to compress the pocket and to carry the Tourniquet
- On the side spring panels it is possible to install additional pockets or attach tools such as scissors , Torniquet or Strap-Cutter
